Cancellations & Refunds
Golf Bookings
For cancellations made more than 1 day prior to your tee time reservation we will refund any payment made for that day.
For cancellations less than 24 hrs. prior to your tee time reservation no refund will be issued. No refund will be issued for no show.
If there is persistent heavy rain on the day and you are unable to tee off or reschedule your round to an alternative day a refund will be issued. Transportation costs to & from the golf course will be deducted from the total refund if you have already arrived at the golf course.
Group Golf Bookings
For cancellations made more than 3 days prior to your tee time reservation we will refund any payment made for that day.
For cancellations less than 3 days prior to your tee time reservation no refund will be issued. No refund will be issued for no show.
If there is persistent heavy rain on the day and you are unable to tee off or reschedule your round to an alternative day a refund will be issued less transportation costs to & from the golf course if you have already arrived at the course.
Golf Booking Cancellations Prior to Arrival
Refunds for cancellation of golf bookings prior to arrival will be made according to their original payment method.
Hotel Cancellations Prior to Arrival
Customers will be informed of the hotel cancellation policy at the time of booking and subsequent cancellation charges.
Refunds
Refunds for cancellation of golf & hotel bookings will be made according to their original payment method.
When a refund is processed for a payment that went through currency conversion, any returned funds will also undergo a currency exchange. Keep in mind that the currency exchange will be based on the real-time exchange rate at the time your refund is completed.
Additional fees, such as a refund processing charge and administration fees may apply and will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
Travel Insurance
We recommend that all our clients have a fully comprehensive travel insurance policy before commencing their holiday.
The travel insurance policy is the responsibility of the client and should cover all your particular needs including, loss of deposit and other payments due to cancellation, damage and loss of luggage, money, and hotel accommodation, medical expenses due to illness, accidents or other insurable activities and repatriation costs.
